Here, at The Toy Blog, we´ve written numerous posts on the importance of eating well. They say we are what we eat and eating well gives us the drive to stay healthy, acquire good habits and enjoy life much better. In terms of diets, nutritionists, doctors and paediatricians do not recommend healthy children go on diets because they need the necessary calories and nutrients in order to study, learn and play.
