One of our favourite movies of 2015 was, without a doubt, Inside Out, from the Pixar and Disney Factory. Although many believe it is a film that speaks more to adults, Inside Out is a fantastic opportunity to talk to our children about emotions. Being able to manage them is what will make them grow up to become happier individuals because learning about emotions, how they work and how to manage them is far more important than learning math and English.
